How do I search for products on your website?
Wholesale customers can search product and view pricing once registered and logged in.
How do I log-in?
- Login for Existing Customers Who Already Have a Username and Password
All existing wholesale customers who have a username and password may use the LOG-IN link at anytime.
- Login for Existing Customers Who Do Not Have a Username and Password
Non-registered existing customers need to set up a username and password HERE. Contact customer service if guidance is needed.

DISCOUNTS
We offer a bulk latex discount. Order in bulk and save:
- 10% off latex orders $250-$499
- 15% off latex orders $500+.
RETURNS:
All returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Call customer service for an RA#.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS:
- FOIL BALLOONS: We will replace or offer credit towards future orders for foils that are defective due to the manufacturing process. We cannot offer credit if the balloon has been cut open, slashed or punctured, exposed to extreme temperatures or moisture, or balloons that have torn necks. Balloons must be returned for credit at customer’s expense. Balloons deflated by puncturing will not be credited to your account. Please contact us for an RA#.
- LATEX: No credit is given for individual latex balloons – only full bags.
- PENS: The shelf life of gel pens is approximately 6 months. Any defective or damaged writing instruments must be claimed within 30 days of invoice. Pens returned after this time will not be credited.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground service (only ship dates are guaranteed, not delivery dates), FOB Midlothian, Virginia. UPS Ground, and Next Day Air services are available by special request. Orders normally ship within 24 hours (weekdays).
MINIMUMS/PAYMENTS:
Our minimum order is only $50. Orders less than $50 have a $5.00 processing fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. To apply for terms, call or email us at customerservice@ersales.com. There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. Virginia customers are required to provide a signed resale certificate to waive payment of sales tax on resale merchandise.

E&R Sales, Inc. exclusively sells to retailers and only ships to addresses within the Continental United States.

Product prices are subject to change without notice. Not all of our costs are within our direct control and occasionally prices have to be adjusted from those in the catalog. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about price changes when placing orders.
